Despite the setbacks of the COVID-19 response to the economy and to our supply chains, My Liberty's dedicated team spent every day making sure that our well-known customer service held up.
Through the ongoing pandemic, we prioritized the safety and well-being of our customers while striving to provide the amazing service you expect from My Liberty. We are continuing with our no-contact delivery as much as possible. Some of our terrific couriers prefer signatures during the holidays to make sure that no "porch pirates" steal your orders.
Did I mention that we learned to juggle through missing orders, lost deliveries, short tempers and low stock - plus high water, hot temperatures and illness?
