Shipping within Canada only
As a Canadian company, My Liberty ships exclusively to Canadian addresses. We do not ship to the USA or international addresses.
We use postal services, couriers and shippers. You can expect delivery in 2–8 business days in most major cities in Canada. We strive to ship in plain packaging to protect your privacy.
Regardless of how your product is shipped, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has left the warehouse.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure the address you provide is correct. MyLiberty.Life cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
If a package is returned to MyLiberty.Life as undeliverable, we will contact you to correct the address and then reship the item at your expense.

For Canada Post Expedited Parcel service, consider FlexDelivery from Canada Post
With FlexDelivery, a free service from Canada Post, you can ship your package directly to a convenient post office for pickup, at your convenience. You can sign up for the service through Canada Post: FlexDelivery on Canada Post's website.
Return Policy: All sales are final
All of our products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy protects our clients and ensures the integrity and sanitation of all products in our warehouses.
If you have received the wrong product or a faulty product, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions or to start the return process.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: No - shipments are to Canadian locations.
Q: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Q: My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Q: I need my products immediately! Do you have express shipping?
A: We can arrange express shipping for you and will charge you the increased cost. We know emergencies happen but in the future, please consider our automatic order-refill delivery service and have products shipped to you regularly (and you’ll save an additional 5%!).
Q: I’ve decided I don’t want these products. How do I return them?

Q: I ordered the wrong size. How do I return them?
A: We do not accept returns of opened cases of disposable products.
