We would understand if you think My Liberty’s only role is to combine the best line-up of incontinence products available in Canada with a simple and pleasurable online shopping experience. In fact, that’s only half the story.

We believe our real job is to help you get your dignity—and your confidence—back so you can live life on your terms. Even more, we realize that none of that matters unless shopping at My Liberty is also affordable. 

Shipping within Canada only

As a Canadian company, My Liberty ships exclusively to Canadian addresses. We do not ship to the USA or international addresses.

We use a variety of delivery services, couriers and shippers. You can expect delivery in 2–8 business days in most major cities in Canada. We ship in plain packaging to protect your privacy.

Regardless of how your product is shipped, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has left the warehouse.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the address you provide is correct. MyLiberty.Life cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If a package is returned to MyLiberty.Life as undeliverable, we will contact you to correct the address and then reship the item at your expense.

Flat-rate shipping saves you money

Flat-rate shipping—buy as much as you want and we will ship it to one address in Canada for one low, flat fee—was designed to allow you to buy as much as you want without worrying about expensive shipping fees.

Whether you are buying one case of diapers, underwear, and pads or liners or an assortment of products from our swimwear, bed / chair pads and skincare collections, you’ll pay just one flat rate.

If you're not at home...

At checkout, you can give us instructions on where to leave the package, such as in an enclosed porch. The delivery service will leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

TIP: "No Signature Required" Shipping Instructions

Our shippers are not happy about leaving your packages on the doorstep because of the threat of thefts. For your next order, in the instructions, please clearly state "No Signature Required" if you still prefer to have them left at the door.

The alternative is a call back or a trip for you to their office. If you have a recurring order, please send us a quick email at and we will make sure your wishes are looked after.

For Canada Post Expedited Parcel service, consider FlexDelivery from Canada Post

Did you know "home" doesn't have to be your only shipping address? With FlexDelivery, a free service from Canada Post, you can ship your package directly to a convenient post office for pickup, at your convenience.

You can sign up for the service through Canada Post: 

    1. Sign up for FlexDelivery on Canada Post's website.
    2. Choose up to 15 post offices and save them as unique FlexDelivery addresses.
    3. When you shop online, use the unique FlexDelivery address instead of your usual mailing address.
    4. Pick up your package at the post office when you get your email notice.

Q: I need my products immediately! Do you have express shipping?

A: We’re sorry, but to keep costs down for our customers, we ship using only standard delivery services (delivery in 2–8 business days). We know emergencies happen but one option may be to consider our automatic order-refill delivery service and have products shipped to you regularly (and you’ll save an additional 5%!).
