Return Policy: All sales are final

All of our products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy protects our clients and ensures the integrity and sanitation of all products in our warehouses.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

A: No - shipments are to Canadian locations only.

Q: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

A: Please get in touch with us by email or give us a toll-free call at 1-888-800-4356 and we'll get things sorted out right away.

Q: My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

A: Please check the tracking number first to see where your parcel is. f you're concerned about your order, please get in touch with us by email or give us a call, toll-free, at 1-888-800-4356 and we’d be happy to help.

Q: I need my products immediately! Do you have express shipping?

A: We can arrange express shipping for you and will charge you the increased cost. We know emergencies happen but in the future, please consider our free subscription service and have products shipped to you, scheduled at your convenience (and you’ll save an additional 5%!).

Q: I’ve decided I don’t want these products. How do I return them?

A: All of our products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy protects our clients and ensures the integrity and sanitation of all products in our warehouses.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. How do I return them?

A:  We can arrange an exchange of unopened packages of washable underwear. We will email you an invoice for restocking fees (30% of the cost of the product), return shipping and the shipping cost for the new size. When the invoice is paid, we will send you a shipping label. Once the product is received at the warehouse, your new items will be sent. We do not accept returns of opened cases of disposable products.
