How do I find the product that is right for me?

You search in any manner of ways throughout our site. One sure way to get the protection you need is to use our Total Capacity Rating product guide. We've divided the protection and absorbency levels into ounces of you-know-what. Easy to follow and easy for you to choose the right level of protection you need.

You know your body, so you'll know what level of protection is right for you. We'll help you choose the product that suits your needs. 

How do I place an order?

We've made that super easy for you. Choose your items, add them to your shopping cart, leave us any special instructions and check out. You'll have to give us some customer information (name, address,etc.). We can save that for you when you come back to shop.

You then check out using the payment method you prefer. We'll send you an email with a tracking number when when your order is shipped. If you're already a customer, you just have to log in.

Look for the "Green Person" in the upper right of the Home Page. We've filed your information safely so that you can get your order done, correctly and quickly.

Do you have gift cards?

Indeed we do. You can purchase them right from our gift card page. Gift cards are a terrific way of giving a gift that will be ready when the recipient needs it. Going to a baby shower? Gift cards for diapers are a great idea.

No need for mom to store the bulky products and when she needs diapers, she can use her gift card just like cash at MyLiberty.Life. There is no expiration date, and she can choose just what she needs, when she needs it.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Remember our gift cards are as good as cash. 

I've just placed my order, when will it ship?

We will send you an email to let you know when your purchase has been sent. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation. Generally, you can expect your order within 3-8 days. 

Orders placed after 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) during the week will ship on the next business day.

Who do you ship with?

We work with the most reliable shippers in the business including a variety of couriers and Canada Post Expedited Parcel Post Service. We are able to reach most provinces in Canada, except Yukon, NWT and Nunavut.

How can I return products?

All of our products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy protects our clients and ensures the integrity and sanitation of all products in our warehouses. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Can I get my order automatically refilled?

Yes - we offer a free subscription service. You don't ever have to be caught short. Just tell us what you need and how often you need them (e.g.: every four weeks, every two months). From there, we'll automatically refill your order and ship them off to make sure you get them in time.

How is bowel incontinence managed?
