On behalf of the entire My Liberty team, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for your patronage and support during this very challenging year.
Our skilled and dedicated group has spent every day working to make sure that our well-known customer service held up and that we did our best to keep the lines of communications open.
Through the ongoing health crisis, we prioritized the safety and well-being of our customers while striving to provide the amazing service you expect from My Liberty. For example, we implemented no-contact deliveries and worked closely with our distributors, Canada Post and couriers across the country to find inventory or new products for you.
At a time when Canadians need help the most, we have been able to support more customers in need… thanks to you!
As we look towards 2021 with hope and optimism, please know that My Liberty will continue to be here for you, your child and your parent. Given the challenges the world has faced this year, we have reflected on our ability to support our customers. Because we truly care that you are getting what you need from us, we are expanding our customer service department to offer even more personal support.
