During the COVID-19 crisis, My Liberty folks work from home but still provide our signature personal customer service. And, we continue to deliver incontinence products to your home, retirement homes, long-term care residences and lodges.
As the COVID-19 crisis grows, all systems are stretched.
Our medical supply warehouses are doing their best to keep your products in stock. While we are lucky to have great suppliers, please plan for a few extra days before delivery.
The pandemic is creating unbelievable challenges on the shipping side. Couriers are letting us know that everyone's packages are stacking up in shipping depots and in the postal service.
Requirements for physical distancing, extraordinary cleaning, and the exceptional demand for these services is creating delays everywhere.
We hope you will not experience shipping delays, but please understand that may simply be the case nowadays. We're chasing order, re-stock, shortage and shipping information for you and promise to share it as soon as we have updates.
